Julie is a certified interior decorator and multi-skilled experienced designer with a well-diversified portfolio. Eager to chase her dreams and prove that it’s never too late to follow your passion, Julie recently decided to continue her career path in design.   She studied graphic design at Virginia Tech and graduated from the Interior Design Institute of San Francisco.  

With a love for design, her journey started 20 years ago in higher education. After ten years of designing websites, print, and animated media, and then off to raise children, it's time to reconnect with design. Years of renovations and developing interior and exterior styles define where her true passion is. Coming from a long family history of highly skilled craftsmen and contractors, she has always had a keen eye for quality and design.

Julie approaches each design opportunity as a blank canvas, adding in layers of texture, tone, history, and storytelling.   Julie's focus always starts with the idea that design should tell a story and evoke emotion. She believes your home should be a reflection of who you currently are, yet versatile enough to grow with you. 

 

Julie is a Mom of two active boys, Luke and Alex and there is never a dull moment or a full refrigerator! She cherishes spare time spent with family and friends.
